      Soon after midnight on Tuesday Mr. Sydney MacKenzie Litten, of "Ivy Cottage", Little Kimble, met his housekeeper, Mrs. Spence, off a train at Stoke Mandeville Station. They started to cycle to Kimble, but had only gone a short distance when Mr. Litten collapsed and fell to the ground. The St. John ambulance was summoned and conveyed Mr. Litten to the Royal Bucks Hospital, where life was found to be extinct ... The funeral service and interment will be at Little Kimble Church tomorrow (Saturday).
